We have been coming to the hotel for over 5yrs now, staying in chalets let by Becky and Sally. Comfortable, home from home chalets. Peaceful surroundings and lovely walks in and around area. Lovely walk into Cromer over the cliffs. We come for Carnival week and have already booked for nxt year despite only returning today. Always have a Comfortable a d relaxing stay. Our home from home.

As a Holiday Let owner and regular traveller, I have never stayed anywhere that has thought of everything. The finishing of every aspect in the Chalet is perfect, an example of exactly how to do it and in q great location.

Been going here since I was a kid and I love it. The park is always quiet, clean and tidy and it's close to a children's park and a lovely walk to the lighthouse. Walking into Cromer doesn't take long and it's a beautiful walk

Been coming here several times a year since 1997 and loved it every time Beautiful surroundings and within walking distance of sea and town .Definitely recommend. Back again at begining of July can't wait

Excellent position, close to and within easy reach of all that Cromer has to offer, but far enough away to create a relaxing atmosphere. Re-visited in September 2022. Very little changed. It's still a very unique place due to its marvellous location and ambience.

Nesting between Cromer lighthouse & the pier, a snug, well kept chalet pak hugging woodland walks & dog friendly beaches on the most scenic, quiet side of Cromer!

Excellent location to walk to the beach.very quiet and accomodation wonderful

Love it quiet.our chalet lovely gets the sun in the afternoon. Short walk to beach or the shops.get to the.beach through the woods or over the hill lots to see.playing field with a few swings and high wire for the kids.dog walkers everywhere always pleasant to have a chat.we shall be back.

An endearing place beautiful setting

Like stepping back to the 1950s, but in a good way. Quiet, well maintained . One to consider instead of bog standard hotel chains.

Fantastic site, clean, quiet and ideal spot for exploring coastal area.

Unexpected treat from neighbours. Four days in a beautiful woodland setting. Very peaceful. Ten.minute walk from our cliff- top residency to the beach and pier. Comfortable, adequate chalet.

Lovely and Quiet, I love the walks

Just come back from a lovely week here. Chalet was lovely. Nice and peaceful. Loved walking into Cromer. Walked to Oversrand a lovely coastal walk. A bit overgrown in places but cafe at end worth it. Can’t wait to go again.

A beautiful and busy place come here every year

Lovely quaint and a stones throw from the sea

We love King's Park and Paula always makes sure we have what we need. Really good location for exploring East or West and only a 10-12 minute walk to the beach.

Chalets give a much better use of space and our family ( 2 adults and 2 kids) love coming. We've been 3 times and when we travel to North Norfolk its always our first choice if we can get it.

Fantastic family friendly place

Perfect for our family to stay in. It was exactly what we needed. 10 minute walk from town and the beach.

This chalet park is clean, well-run, quiet and spacious. The playing field, woods, and cliff-top walk into town all make it a great location for a family holiday.

Beautiful very relaxing

Totally brilliant for us and the kids so close to the beach and surrounding villages / towns with other things to do. Found it also good that no big chains have moved in yet making it more of a personal feel would recomend to anyone got the weather and the beaches????????????

Individually owned chalets. Beautiful area on the cliff just behind the lighthouse. No evening entertainment so no noise or disruption. Been coming here for years.

Fantastic place for family holiday. Friendly for dogs :-) very calm place not far to beach. I can recommend that place.

This is a large chalet Park but the way they are laid out it never feels overcrowded. It is family friendly and within walking distance to the town centre.

It's a great base to explore Cromer
